The program consist of 17 modules and teaches you to select and combine foods that provide your body with the best sources of nutrients for optimal cellular energy production. To have the best understanding of the material, it is recommended to go through the modules in numerical order, at least at first.

The material is based on correspondence with Dr. Ray Peat’s research. References are not given throughout the program; instead the general reference is Dr. Ray Peat’s work, including his books, newsletters and interviews.
